3 months / one time only
If prescription is valid for two years and adjusted by Optometrist, we will exchange your lenses free of charge, three months from the purchased date. This offer is one time only.
1 year/ one time only
We will replace lenses in the event of manufacture defects on coating of the lenses within one year of purchased date and one time only free of charge. Subject to inspection.
2 months / one time only
Two month from purchased date is allowed for adaptation of progressive lenses. If unable to adapt, we will replace your lenses free of charge, one time only, unless upgrades are needed.
1 year/ one time only
Frame will be replace with identical frame in events of a manufactures defects within one year of purchased date. This is subject to frame availability and manufacturers’ warranty policies. This is one time only.
1 week/ one time only
Sunglasses can be exchange one week from purchased date, one time only. Frame and lenses must be in original condition and in original packaging. Store credit will be issued if lesser valued item is chosen. Subject to inspection. No refunds.
No refund or exchange on prescription glasses.
All prescription eyewear is custom fitted for individual. Once order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No Returns.
No refunds on contact lenses purchased in-store. Exchanges for the same product with different prescription can be made within 180 days from original purchase date. Exchange item(s) must be in original condition(s): boxes must be unmarked, undamaged, unopened, uncut and unexpired. There are no exchanges or refunds on all astigmatism/toric and presbyopia/ multi-focal products due to specific customization of product.
